Coningham Ward - May Patrol update

Dear Residents, 

Just wanted to give you an update on last months patrol, officers managed to complete over 150 miles on the bike and covering most of the north side of the borough, covering Coningham ward and all hotspot areas. Officers were also on foot patrolling the parks and we completed various weapon sweeps on the ward. 

Officer managed to detain 10 wanted offenders who were arrested, the offences include:-

Officer also has managed to identify 21 unidentified suspects for various offences including Robbery, Shoplifting and Assault

Over the last week (03.06.26 - 10.06.26) we have seen the following crimes on the ward of Coningham:-

1 x Assault report

2 x Theft reports

2 x Burglary reports

1 x Theft from Motor Vehicle report

1 x Harassment report

The team also have been working hard in partnership with the local authority and housing to safeguard vulnerable victims on the ward.

If you have any issues on your street , please let us know and we will target these areas when on duty, It was nice to get around the ward and speak to a few of you.

Please look out for our next drop in surgery which takes place at Askew Road Library (Wednesday 25/06/2026 - 2pm to 3pm) . We are looking at completing different “coffee with a coppa” meetings around the ward to speak to residents.
